Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returned items are not eligible for a cash refund.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • Items can be exchanged for another size or product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • If the exchanged item has a price difference, the customer will need to pay the difference.

  • Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All sales are non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
